At the time of their marriage, Elizabeth was residing at Askintinny, Arklow, with her father's occupation recorded as a fisherman.
The marriage was witnessed by Thomas Murray and Elizabeth's cousin, Esther Kavanagh, with Elizabeth signing her name as "Lizzie Kavanagh" in the register.
